Lemongrass

Lemongrass is a potential crop that could be intercropped with long-term crops for purposes of preventing soil erosion and generate short-term cash flow.  The conversion of grasslands or idle lands into commercial production of lemongrass is possible but yet to be proven to be commercially or economically viable.
