Calamansi

The Calamansi (Citrusmadurencis) tree is is a good source of Vitamin C.  Its fruit has been processed into syrup, juices concentrates and purees. Calamansi-Rubber intercrop is potential venture to improve the cash flow generation and land productivity. Commercial production of calamansi to replace aging and old unproductive trees to sustain increasing domestic demand and explore export to foreign lands with high population of Filipino migrants is considered economically viable.
